"I started working with Hannah in September 2024, having been lifting for a few years and ready to take my next steps into powerlifting. Through verbal and visual explanation, she helped me break down my form on each lift, and boy did it need some work before competing! As the weight I could lift went down initially, Hannah assured me it was all a part of the process. She put together a program for me, updating and modifying it weekly, according to how the previous week felt and how far out I was from competing. From our initial consultation, she was willing to be flexible with my busy schedule and took the time to get to know me personally to train me best. She knows now that I have a tendency to be very hard on myself, especially on the days I feel weakest, however, she always believed in me, making me believe in myself, and was there to support me up until the morning of my competition, where she showed out as my handler. She was always available through text to answer any questions or to hear about lifts I was proud of. Overall, Hannah is a great trainer who will make your fitness journey enjoyable and make you your strongest and most confident self!!"
